Art des Projektes: Teilprojekt in DFG-Verbund koordiniert an der Universität Münster
Laufzeit: 06.06.2008 - 31.05.2012 | 1. Förderperiode
The central goal of this project is the understanding of the femtosecond dynamics of charge and energy transfer processes in organized organic complexes on oxidized SiC surfaces. A controlled change of the binding and the interaction to the substrate and between adsorbates allows one to assess the influence of the substrate on these dynamic processes. Occupied and unoccupied states will be studied by photoemission and inverse photoemission spectroscopy. Time-resolved fluorescence and two-photon photoemission yield information about the dynamics of charge transfer and energy migration pathways, whereby also non-fluorescing states can be studied.
