Research article (book contribution) | Peer reviewedThe theoretical and practice-oriented debate on diversity, complexity and difference shows an ambivalence between euphoric naivety and systematic doubt, if and to what extent processes of inclusion and exclusion in diversity management measures could be reflected and handled in an adequate way. The exemplary analysis of teamwork illustrates typical conflicts between unequal groups in the interdependent order of organizations so that diversity management has to be conceptually optimized towards real inclusion.
