Description

The quiet eye period is defined as the last fixation prior to the movement initiation. The quiet eye period is associated with expertise and performance. It has been replicated in many different targeting and interceptive timing tasks. Within this project the underlying mechanism of the quiet eye should be investigated. Against this background different experiment will be contucted concerning the influence of vision condition, the stabilisation of the psychomotor system as well as the tranferability of the phenomenon. In addition a learing experiment will be contucted.
